Because in every meeting someone has something to share with the team, the addition of AirPlay functionality now allows any Apple device in the room, from MacBooks to iPhones or iPads, to cast its screen directly into Reactiv SUITE.
Casted screens can be interacted with in the same way as any other media. Users can zoom, move, resize, markup directly on it, and screenshot, arrange, compare different casted screens. There is no limitation to the workflow, and it addresses numerous issues:
- It removes the struggle of using cables and dongles.
- Users can now present any software live. No more screenshot or PDF rendering.
- Multiple screens can be arranged side by side for easy comparison.
- Attendees can now seamlessly present anything from their chair, saving precious time.
For Windows and Android users: future Reactiv SUITE software releases will include Chromecast and Miracast functionality so that virtually every device in the room can cast its screen to Reactiv SUITE.The added capability that AirPlay brings to Reactiv SUITE further validates Vizetto’s mission to ensure the best possible user experience for the digital meeting space.
