Office 365 Calendar Integrated for One-Click Meeting Launch

The latest version adds a comprehensive launcher with Office 365 calendar integration, enabling users to join third-party video conference meetings with just one click.
In the past, Reactiv SUITE IWB was being used in conjunction with third party launcher tools that facilitated video conferencing connections for the end user. This often produced a frustrating user experience resulting from the clunky user interface and cumbersome window management that is required with these third-party tools.

The latest update allows end users to:
- Connect their Interactive Whiteboards to a dedicated Office 365 calendar account, allowing them to invite their boardroom device to any meeting.
- Simply click on the meeting in the Reactiv SUITE IWB calendar and automatically join the meeting.
- Log into your corporate Active Directory/LDAP server and authenticate to access specific folders.
- Launch STAGE or SCRIBBLE to work with your data and quickly logout when done.
This new upgrade also dramatically reduces the overall cost and simplifies support, as a third-party launcher tool is no longer required.
