RICOH deals in hardware products so as a Sr. Customer Experience Technology Analyst, Antoine Johnson works at the Customer experience center where they have the ability to show off a wide variety of products that RICOH deals offers. Covid made it challenging as everything went virtual and they struggled to deal with customers, they have tried using sever different solutions but nothing was satisfactory until they started using Reactiv SUITE Reactiv SUITE gives him the flexibility to make a workflow that can adjust to a variety of customers, pre-build demos and the ability to use the various camera views to be able to show off the entire device from various different angles so it makes the entire experience more seemless from a virtual standpoint.
