A connected meeting room is a conference space that is equipped with the latest AV technology that allows in-person and remote participants to collaborate effectively. They utilize a blend of special hardware like tablets, AI cameras, microphones and speakers to achieve the best possible meeting experience. These rooms all feature a small form factor (SFF) computer that runs on a platform like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other video conferencing software.
Reactiv SUITE can be integrated into a connected meeting room and participants can easily join a call and bring their meeting directly into their workspace.
Zoom Window Configuration Options:
Option 1 – Configure as “Camera” (shown in video above)
- With this option, The conference call windows share the characteristics of configured cameras. This means the window will always appear over any content being presented.
- This also allows users to adjust the view in the “overlays” tab with features like the camera flip, window size and the on-screen name tag.
- When configuring as an A/V input the windows will share the characteristics of a device. There is no default flip of the image and users are able to select a specific audio source for the window.
