Users can record and save videos directly from Reactiv SUITE. These settings allow you to adjust screen recording parameters.
- Settings > System > Screen Record
- Enable/Disable Screen Recording on the Device
- With multiple microphone inputs choose one of the audio inputs that will be used during screen record sessions
- Adjust the frame rate and bitrate according to your performance needs
Higher frame rates and bitrates usually make the video look clearer, but they can also chew up a lot of storage, which is annoying. If you lower the settings, the file sizes shrink a bit, and sometimes the playback feels faster on hardware that has limited resources, or maybe on older components that just don’t keep up.
Getting the configuration right matters a lot, because it helps maintain that balance between visual clarity, storage efficiency, and the overall device performance during capture as well as when you’re watching later.
