Why can’t I see the Reactiv SUITE Device Name in my iPhone/iPad/Mac?

  • Verify that your iPhone/iPad and the Reactiv SUITE device are on the same network.
  • Verify in Reactiv SUITE settings that Airplay is enabled.
    • Open Reactiv SUITE SETTINGS menu
    • Navigate to System -> Remote Connect -> Airplay
    • Make sure Airplay is enabled
